- FitYar (Health): A fitness app with a conversational AI coach, personalized training programs, workout logging and nutrition tracking. Co-founded by our team, which runs the backend, infrastructure and GPT integration. Outcome: 400+ exercises with video and form guidance.
- StoryFont (Subscriptions): Payments, a paywall, and subscriptions for a content app with more than a million active users, plus an operations panel. Outcome: Payments for 1M+ active users.
- Cryptocurrency Exchange (Fintech): A cryptocurrency trading platform with live prices, an order book, portfolio tools, and web and mobile clients. Outcome: Live trading with real-time data.
- Gold Exchange (Fintech): A digital gold platform for buying, selling, and holding gold, with live prices and a clear transaction history. Outcome: Gold holdings people can manage.
- Karone24 (Logistics): A logistics product for estimating shipping cost, managing cargo requests, and tracking freight across sea, rail, air, and road. Outcome: Freight in one workflow.
- WonderGift (Marketplace): A marketplace for gift cards, subscriptions, and games, with instant delivery and secure checkout. Outcome: Instant digital delivery.
- Commerce Platform (Commerce): A storefront, admin, and backend covering checkout, inventory, a shared wallet, and orders through delivery and returns. Outcome: Orders from checkout to refund.
